Turkish Aerospace decided to thank all the women employees on International Women's Day with a film cast from them. They also shared a Gift Kit that includes a book about inspiring women in history, specially designed enamel pins, and a tote bag, and a letter from the CEO.

This film was broadcast on Turkish National TV Channel TRT and reached a wide range of audiences. The film earned more than 500K impressions. This contributed to Turkish Aerospace's Employer Value Proposition, "Aiming Higher with You"
