Decathlon is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world. Their Employer Value Proposition offers their teammates a unique experience of discovering their potential by working with love and passion while playing sports together in a non-formal work environment.

The design was focused on highlighting the happiness of Decatlonians because they love what they do. Decathlon's warning orange was utilized to show the importance of the happiness of the teammates’ for Decathlon.
